The Salón Gran Barcelona at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel 5* a PHW member hotel and which is an open-plan area of some 1500 m2, turned out to be rather small due to the notable presence of hoteliers, travel agents and representatives from several companies that were invited to the event. Prestige Hotels of the World by Keytel was represented by the Hotel Pachá of Ibiza, which won with the Bombón de butifarrón negro with pistacho verde and the Frita de pulpo ahumado with madera de encina ibicenca; and by the Hotel Huerto del Cura, of Elche, which offered two delicious desserts: Mini Coulant of Chocolate and Chiboise de Fruta de la Pasión. The festival also offered the chance to try the delicious dishes prepared by the kitchen teams from the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel 5*GL of Barcelona and the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel 5* , who have consolidated their respective restaurants, Aire de Mar y Volvoreta.
With this initiative, PHW aims to promote the excellent cuisine of its affiliated hotels, taking some of the emblematic establishments incorporated within Hotusa Hotels and its brands as a representative sample. |
