The Hotel Granados 83 is located in the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample district, precisely at number 83 Carrer de Enrique Granados, a street named after the famous Spanish Romantic composer of the same name.

The establishment is housed in a building combining Art Nouveau (known here as Modernisme) with early-20th-century neoclassical touches, formerly occupied by a well-known clinic.

Opened in late 2005, the hotel conserves one of the building’s main attractions, its steel structure and the combination of materials – including stone, glass and steel – used in the façade. In contrast to this, the interior follows a Zen aesthetic, with remarkable minimalist elegance.

The Hotel Granados 83 contains three different spaces: 3, where guests are invited to enjoy the latest culinary creations under a new concept, that of “hotel cuisine”; 8, around the hotel pool, in the terrace bar, serving pre-lunch or dinner delicatessen snacks; and, finally, the modern g83, a minimalist ambience where original cocktails are served in an exclusive setting rich in design.

The city of a thousand faces, Barcelona is a melting pot of colours, tastes and aromas which offers a whole host of services. Within 15 minutes walking distance of the hotel is the Plaça de Catalunya, which marks the boundary between the Eixample district and the old town, or Ciutat Vella, and leads to Les Rambles and down to Barcelona’s opera house, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, where lovers of opera, dance and classical music can enjoy good music during their stay in the city.
