General conditions
• Form of purchase: website / telephone.
• PHW cheques and boxes are dispatched from Prestige Hotels of the World head offices at Carrer Aragó 208 – 210 in Barcelona. At the moment of reception, the Prestige Moments pack contains the box itself, the Prestige Hotels of the World International Directory and the gift cheque, which should be presented to the hotel when checking out.
• Prestige Hotels of the World will ensure that the cheque or box is delivered in good time and condition to the address given.
• Delivery time: no more than 2 weeks.
• Valid for all Prestige Hotels of the World member hotels that sign up as participants on the PHW website.
• Can be accumulated with other offers and promotions.
• It is an absolutely essential condition for using PHW gift cheques that clients must reserve their hotels in advance through the Prestige Hotels of the World website, specifying their intention to use gift cheques to pay for their stay, wholly or in part, and providing the gift cheque number or numbers.
• Gift cheques must be physically presented at the hotel reception on checking out.
• Gift cheques cannot be exchanged for money, whether wholly or in part. Each cheque must, therefore, be consumed during a single stay at a hotel as full or part payment for the services consumed at the hotel.
• Gift cheques are always issued for a value in euros according to the two options proposed. If they are consumed at a hotel where a different currency is valid, the value of the cheque in this currency will be calculated at check-out.
• All bookings made through travel agencies must be paid for at the hotel by the client at check-out.
• Only gift cheques bearing voucher number, the PHW hologram and date of issue are valid. Prestige Hotels of the World reserves the right to refuse any cheques not containing this information or in poor condition.
