General conditions

Due to reasons of availability in the hotels, a maximum of 4 rooms can be included per reservation. Should you need more than 4 rooms, please contact us via our telephone booking line so we can confirm availability. In no case shall reservations made for more than 4 rooms by the same person at the same hotel on similar dates be valid, regardless of whether the electronic booking system has confirmed them.

A reservation is only considered RESERVED once the record locator number is generated.

Group reservations will not be accepted via the website.

FORM OF PAYMENT
DIRECT PAYMENT: The customer shall pay for the room directly at the hotel upon checkout.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
Our reservations are guaranteed by default. The concept of guaranteed reservation means that the reservation will be held for the customer ALL NIGHT, such that if the customer does not arrive, he or she will nevertheless be charged the corresponding amount for the first night. The first night is considered to last until 9 a.m. the following day. (In certain exceptional cases due to events or at specific hotels due to holiday typology, said fees could be for more than one night, this being indicated during the reservation process as well as in the written confirmation).

NON-GUARANTEED reservations become ineffective as of 6 p.m. Should the customer arrive at the hotel later than the stated time, the reservation will not be kept. To make a non-guaranteed reservation, the customer must expressly request this during the booking process.

CANCELING RESERVATIONS
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance in Spain and 48 hours in advance abroad will incur no cancellation fees, with the exception of dates coinciding with fairs or special events, in which case this will have been indicated in the booking confirmation; and certain hotels whose particular characteristics cause them to have somewhat stricter cancellation conditions, which are indicated during the reservation process as well as in the written confirmation.

RATES
The rates indicated on this website are in euros and are updated in real time for the date being consulted.

TAXES
The rates of reservations confirmed by Prestige Hotels of the World by Keytel include the general taxes for the country in question (VAT or the like). However, local taxes applicable for certain destinations are excluded, such as the “Taxe de Séjour” in France and the local tax in Amsterdam.

CLAIMS
Claims must be made immediately and in writing to Prestige Hotels of the World by Keytel within a maximum of one month after the end of the stay. Once this term has expired, Prestige Hotels of the World by Keytel shall not attend any claims.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Choosing to book through Prestige Hotels of the World by Keytel implies acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein.
